Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials/products.
Ensure proper inventory storage and stock arrangement as per operational standards.
Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage capacity.
Implement warehouse SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through periodic reconciliations and cycle counts.
Ensure timely stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments for stock planning and availability.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
Maintain inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.
