Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To lead and perform materials characterization, selection, material performance testing according to Mahindra norms in consultation with engineering COE’s on metallic parts, polymer, composite materials for all projects.
To work with operations, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to set up new processes in support of new product development.
To test, modify, and evaluate the performance of different materials (and combinations of materials) for different qualities.
To choose appropriate material for specific automotive application considering factors like durability, cost, availability, and environmental impact.
To develop and implement quality control process to ensure material meets industry standards and specification.
To analyse test data, investigate incidents of material failure & suggesting alternate material
