Position Overview
This role reports to the Director of Learning and Development and accountable for project and program managing, overseeing execution of L&D programs and initiatives, including collaborating with business, key stakeholders to execute functional learning and MBPS-wide initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with functional and MBPS-wide capability priorities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation, ensuring programs are delivered on time and to quality standards. Support the Director of Learning & Development on strategic programs by handling technical components, managing workstreams, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. Facilitate workshops or capability-building sessions (e.g., Project Management) to support organizational development goals.
