Position Overview
The Trade Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of sales and marketing programs that enhance Carnivalβs presence across the travel advisor community. Leading a team of three specialists, this role is responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of initiatives including trade advertising and media, strategic account marketing, booking promotions and contests, sales materials, training content, and trade-facing communications.
This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Digital, and agency teams to help bring programs to life, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader and collaborative partner with experience across print and digital marketing channels. They bring solid project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, on-brand work that supports travel advisor engagement and sales effectiveness.
