Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Test Engineering team in carrying out all testing activities for Server and Rack products. Proven track record in identifying, tracking, and analyzing online/offline issues to improve testing strategies and enhance product quality. Conduct training sessions to strengthen the skills and knowledge of team members. Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to develop, implement, and sustain test programs. Provide technical direction on process enhancements and support the introduction of new projects. Support operations in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer. Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives. Participate in ISO and RBA compliance activities.
