Position Overview
You will be part of the Enterprise Programmes Division, serving as a central point for grants governance and compliance audit finding follow-ups, to ensure robust administrative tracking. The role focuses on gathering information from various stakeholders, managing audit follow-ups and processes, and supporting ad-u2011hoc administrative tasks such as data compilation and analysis.
Responsibilities - Information Management: Coordinate information requests and audit follow-up responses from multiple sources and compile reports for the division
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate follow-ups on compliance requirements, monitor response deadlines and compile updates on resolution of audit findings
Requirements - Relevant experience in administrative roles would be advantageous
