You will be responsible for:

1. GST compliances for GIL for 26 locations PAN India– ensure timely end to end compliances , reporting, correct tax position, MIS, successful Govt audits, success filing and obtaining GST refund from Tax Authority

2. Excise, VAT, CST, Service tax, Entry tax – past years Govt assessments, successfully handling litigations

3. Customs – Oversee customs compliances, SVB renewal, Project Import, successfully handling litigation

4. Improve operational & compliance processes / reporting / MIS relating to above

5.Strategy to optimize the tax cost / reduce litigation / reduce counsel & consultant cost.
