**The Team**

We are seeking a Manager, Tax Strategy to join American Tower’s Global Tax Strategy team. This team forecasts and manages global cash taxes, develops and implements tax strategy opportunities, oversees audit risk, evaluates the tax implications of legislative changes, and supports mergers and acquisition activities. As a member of the team, you will collaborate cross functionally to ensure cash taxes are effectively managed across all jurisdictions.

**What You Need to Succeed**

+ Bachelor’s degree in either law or accounting.
+ Post-graduate degree in either Tax or Law.
+ 4 - 6 years' experience in a corporate tax department, law firm, or public accounting firm preferred.
+ Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required.
+ Strong organization, planning, communication and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines.
