Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Talent Acquisition, this multi-state, multi-unit regional recruiting position is responsible management recruiting and staffing. The TAM will develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet the hiring plans of non-traditional units, and be responsible for identifying and leading process improvement projects and best practices. As a key business partner to the retail leadership team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will create and/or execute recruiting initiatives and be an integral part of the team.
