Position Overview
**Job purpose**
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain process. This role will analyze consumption, inventory position and replenishment policies at the retailer/customer/consumer level to calculate the right inventory levels at the right distribution center to meet customer/consumer needs while maximizing service and minimizing net working capital. This position will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the S&OP process, work on cost saving initiatives programs (MOQ reduction, harmonization, SKU rationalization) , develop contingency plans for supply disruption, optimize current distribution network, improve forecast accuracy and bias, reduce inventory levels, minimize obsolescence and have a clear understanding of cost drivers in the Supply Chain.
