This position has direct responsibility to plan and execute APQP Quality program deliverables as defined in Adient Quality operating system – BOS and the program launch deliverables in PLUS.Management of Supplier APQP for program through delivery and approval of supplier PPAPs in alignment with program timing.Management of large scale programs or of other AQE’s assignedResponsible for the training and mentoring of Quality Engineers in the Quality disciplines.Lead a cross-functional team within the SDT to ensure that the applicable lesson learned issues are closed before first customer part requirement per program timing.Responsible for the elements of Supplier Advanced Quality Planning including the following: SAQP kick-off meeting, Process Sign-Off, Risk Analysis, line certification, Safe launch plans, and review and approval of Supplie...
