Job Purpose
The Manager – Statutory Compliance & Labour Law will be responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable Central and State labour laws, regulatory requirements, educational institution mandates, and the evolving framework under the Four Labour Codes. The role will lead statutory governance, contractor compliance, regulatory audits, government liaisoning, and risk mitigation initiatives to safeguard business continuity and organizational reputation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
