MISSION OF THE ROLE Build Duratufs Supply Chain function from a 6-person reactive operation into a measurable, OTIF-disciplined, working-capital-efficient engine that supports growth from 750 to 2,500 active workplaces by FY30 without growing the Cash Conversion Cycle beyond 30 days and without adding manufacturing capex. Duratuf is a global sourcing and global selling business: 40% of revenue is international (61 countries), and the inbound supply base spans India, China, Europe, and other geographies. This role owns the complete two-way international trade flow import operations (China and global supplier sourcing, customs clearance, duty optimisation, LC/TT remittance, DGFT and BIS compliance) and export operations (FOB/CIF documentation, BRC, port logistics, GCC and international customer commitments).
