**Position Purpose:**

**Manager, Specialty Operations** is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that improve selling effectiveness and remove friction from the customer and associate experience across Specialty categories. This role connects strategic priorities with field execution, leveraging analytics, store insights, and pilot learnings to refine processes and scale high-impact solutions. This position offers strong exposure to merchandising and operations leadership, with the opportunity to own highly visible initiatives and expand scope across broader Specialty categories.
