This software engineering manager role is based in Tijuana, Mexico.
You will manage an engineering team of developers, testers, scrum masters and product owners.
The team is dedicated to crafting and maintaining solutions for instrument connectivity and Artificial Intelligence, You will work closely with product management and collaborate with colleagues, customers, partners, and team members from around the world to design, develop, and implement these solutions.
You are highly technical and can be hands-on as needed.
You will be able to guide the team in both strategy and execution.
