KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeking a solid Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position will report to the Director or Sr Mgr of Construction and will oversee assigned land-based projects. This person will oversee the entire construction phases for the assigned land-based project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate and/or support the process of negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Project Management Software and Microsoft Office programs.Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.Holds external vendors / contractors responsible for delays and cost overruns from the project schedule.Provides support in contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders negotiations.Holds external vendors / contractors responsible for del...
