Position Overview
Key responsibilities - Oversee daily business and operational activities across departments
- Lead and manage operations staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
- Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and business targets
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, logistics, and aftersales teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and operational problem-solving
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives
