Position Overview
Overview The Business Development Senior Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Development. Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities locally and overseas while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Requires a strategic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities - Work with the Head BD to develop sales revenue targets, identify growth opportunities, and formulate business development plans for both local and international markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategies to boost sales in new markets and strengthen sales in existing markets.
- Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) and realistic targets set by the Head BD while fostering an environment that promotes achievement and professional growth.
