Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department
- Lead, guide, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and performance standards
- Plan manpower allocation, workflows, and operational priorities effectively
- Review and improve processes, policies, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational analysis
