Position Overview
Responsibilities - Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties
- Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
- Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
- Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
- Manpower scheduling for staff.
- Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Salary range $4500-$8000
