- Supervise daily stock level
- Assistant back of house all duties, such as kitchen cleaning, dishwashing etc
- handling cooked /uncooked ingredients
- Knowledge of the chemical
- schedule planning
- Running shift duties
- handling feedbacks
- handling staff roster
- need to understand all stations duties
- Willing to take charge of few places
- Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holiday.
