Position Overview
. Manage the day to day operations of the Centre with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception
. Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
. Provides weekly work schedules
. Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary
. Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
. Resolves customer complaints that have been escalated
. Managing, coaching and motivating team of sales staff and therapist
. Maintain updates on promotion, benefits and offer to customers
. Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
. Handle customers' enquiries and provide professional consultation
