Role Overview The Trust Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of a portfolio of private client trust structures, acting as the primary relationship manager for a defined book of clients. The role carries full fiduciary accountability and requires a practitioner who is technically grounded, client-focused, and compliance-aware.
Trust Administration & Fiduciary Duties - Administer a portfolio of private client trust structures across relevant jurisdictions, maintaining current knowledge of trust law, regulatory developments, and industry practice.
- Discharge the fiduciary duties of a trustee with care, diligence, and independence, including the preparation and execution of trustee resolutions, distribution authorities, and reviews of letters of wishes.
