Position Overview

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization, you will act as the β€œChief Enablement Officer” and lead strategic advisor to the Sales Leaders (SVP level) for businesses across Regulated Industries and Canada. You will own the end-to-end enablement roadmap to accelerate talent development, refine GTM execution, and drive revenue growth across both organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy, plans, calendar and agenda for the Enterprise and Commercial Sales Organizations.
  • Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
  • Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.
