**What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Security at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:
**The role will require up to 75% of travel across the region and various states**

+ Bachelor’s degree or 1 years of equivalent work or military experience

+ 5 years of security management or law enforcement investigative experience
+ Experience in guard management, criminal investigations, contract review, physical security design and implementation, or criminal investigative experience

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Bilingual English/Spanish
+ Computer-based background with knowledge in software and spreadsheet applications
