Role : Manager - Savings & Life Products Banca Takaful
Location : Dubai
Role Purpose: To manage Bancatakaful Life and savings takaful business. This includes exploring and assisting in development of products across segments managing relationships with external stakeholders and increase cross sell objective. The role requires ADIB to attain and maintain market leadership in terms of product innovation and providing best in class customer experience.

Key Accountabilities of the role

Cascade the banks strategy as it pertains to life product distribution and cross-sell. This requires translation of the business plans to initiatives budgeting marketing and business development taking in consideration regulatory requirements.
