Position Overview

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar energy sales operations. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role requiring a strong command of B2B solar sales , client acquisition, and revenue pipeline management. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, technically conversant with solar solutions, and capable of closing high-value deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales of solar energy solutions — from prospecting and site assessment coordination to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline across residential, commercial, and/or industrial segments
