Position Overview

We are looking for a result-driven manager to lead a team of 4–5 members across sales and operations, drive school partnerships, and grow our education and training business across India.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional sales and school partnerships
  • Manage and mentor sales & operations team
  • Oversee execution of workshops and training programs
  • Represent the company with schools and stakeholders
  • Achieving revenue targets and ensuring smooth operations


 Requirements

  • 4–5 years’ experience in sales / operations / business development
  • Strong team management and communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Experience in education / edtech preferred
  • Willingness to travel
