Position Overview
We are looking for a result-driven manager to lead a team of 4–5 members across sales and operations, drive school partnerships, and grow our education and training business across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive institutional sales and school partnerships
- Manage and mentor sales & operations team
- Oversee execution of workshops and training programs
- Represent the company with schools and stakeholders
- Achieving revenue targets and ensuring smooth operations
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience in sales / operations / business development
- Strong team management and communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Experience in education / edtech preferred
- Willingness to travel
