Sales business
- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing sales plans
- Target customer that can support product business in Germany
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the Country Manager
- Identify market shift while being fully aware of the competition activities, latest market information, schedule changes and updates on embargo etc.
- Manages all sales activities, promotions and actions within the German market in cooperation with the Country Manager and the VP Area 2
- Negotiate sales terms, conditions and rate agreements with customers in Germany
- Accepting and coordinating air freight with route management/ load control / final destination
