Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients in the MENA region throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical subject matter expert, supporting the Sales team through all pre‑sales phases.
- Conduct thorough upfront qualification of merchant technical needs and infrastructure.
- Design, prepare, and lead technical and commercial workshops for prospective merchants.
- Provide critical technical and solution design inputs for high‑value proposals and complex RFP/RFI responses.
- Translate product, business, and technical requirements into concrete, viable, and efficient solution designs.
- Improve solution design quality, documentation, and technical communication with merchants.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre‑Sales Consultant.
