**Sales Development Manager:**
The Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Omnicell Sales Development Team, embodying the Elevate principles of Collaboration, Impact, Inspire, Execute, and Develop. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the team, this role collaborates closely with Sales Managers and VPās to enhance productivity, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
