Monthly follow-up with Sales Team on key pipeline updates;
Follow up with other Departments (Pricing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing) on the status of pipeline requirements;
Preparation of the monthly EMEA pipeline review and discuss with the MD prior to the call to align on all opportunity updates;
Salesforce training and support to MENA Sales Team;
Consolidation of data from Sales Managers for the potential growth projects with Product Management and Pricing Departments;
Organizing weekly sales forecast calls and managing numbers to ensure weekly flash reporting is consistent. Challenging sales team to bridge shortfalls, driving discussion with Supply Chain maximize fill rates, and following up order deliveries with Customer Service;
