Identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, AssessingCustomer needs in terms of promoting our Freight Forwarding Services.Development of Special Container volumes primarily Ex. Ahmedabad Region.Providing rates to assigned clients as per their requirements for DifferentSectors and Different Ports within Principal’s service profile.Developing a new customer base along with retention of existing clientele.Follow up with the Clients for Bookings on proposals and quotes offered & convert inquiries to firm bookings.Achieving set commercial targets (volume / revenue).Generating Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HODs.Pro- actively search, qualify, develop and engage in new customer relationships.
