The Manager, Retention & Churn Strategy Disney+ will be responsible for:
Own and lead the regional retention strategy, including medium‑term roadmap definition and prioritization of high‑impact initiatives.
Coordinate all churn‑related efforts across the organization, ensuring alignment across Product, Payments, Marketing, Content, and Commercial teams.
Establish and scale experimentation and testing frameworks to systematically assess retention levers and optimize outcomes.
Drive payments optimization and friction reduction initiatives, with a strong focus on involuntary churn and recovery.
Partner closely with Analytics, Product & Payments, and Finance to identify core churn drivers and translate insights into clear, actionable interventions.
Track, evaluate, and communicate performance and financial impact of retention initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization.
