**Job Summary**

Responsible for managing and leading the daily functions of Property Improvement Operations project management staff, including but not limited to project management, customer communications, and delegation of work assignments. Participate in the creation of new labor programs from initial recommendations on program viability to development and final implementation.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**

+ Executes short- and long-term strategies and inputs around operating budgets and forecasts to support sales and service level initiatives. Proposes structure and operational changes as required to increase efficiency. Participates in strategic system and program development.
