An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced compliance professional to join a well-established and rapidly growing consumer finance business as a Regulatory Compliance Team Manager .
This is a key second-line role reporting to the Head of Compliance, with responsibility for leading a small team and ensuring the effective delivery of compliance monitoring, regulatory advice, policy management, and risk oversight activities.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a robust compliance framework while supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations and delivering positive customer outcomes.
