**Title:**
Manager, Regional Sales
**Job Description:**
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals. Job duties:
+ Overall sales management for the applicable region.
+ Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals and company strategies and ensure customer expectations.
+ Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues, and strategies to management.
+ Interview, hire, train, motivate, and develop TSMs within the region.
+ Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region.
+ Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSMs.
