Reporting to the Director, Real Estate, the Manager is responsible for negotiating Shoppers Drug Mart renewal lease terms, analyzing market conditions, coordinating internal renewal processes, preparing and managing portfolio reports, and ensuring timely execution of renewals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented professional with technical abilities to analyze lease data and portfolio performance to support strategic decision making, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Negotiate Shoppers Drug Mart lease renewal agreements with Landlords on a national basis
