• Strategic Quality Management
  • Develop and implement the overall quality strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
• Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality managers, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability across the organization.
• Collaboration and teamwork
  • Works effectively with key leaders in Engineering, New Product Introduction, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Removes barriers to positive team performance.
• Quality Assurance and Control
  • Oversee all quality assurance and control activities, including inspection, testing, and validation of mechanical and electronic subassemblies.
