JOB PURPOSE To Lead and manage all QA/QC functions across civil building projects to ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, and PEC standards, while enhancing quality systems, optimizing costs, and improving construction methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team at site. Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific QA/QC plans and method statements. Oversee batching plant operations, concrete mix designs, and quality testing procedures. Evaluate construction methodologies and introduce cost optimization measures without compromising quality. Ensure all materials, workmanship, and testing meet project specifications and international standards. Approve material sources and maintain a verified list of reliable suppliers and testing labs across Pakistan. Review and approve test reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
