Qcells is seeking a Manager within its Project Finance – Portfolio Transactions team to lead the execution of asset and portfolio sales into Qcells’ arms-length AssetCo joint venture vehicles. This role will be responsible for managing transactions from diligence through closing, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, driving financial and commercial analysis, and helping ensure timely, disciplined execution of project and portfolio monetization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of transaction management, financial modeling, commercial judgment, diligence coordination, and negotiation support, with experience in renewable energy project finance and M&A-style execution. This individual will work closely with internal Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders, as well as external JV partners, investors, lenders, and advisors.
