Position Overview
Serves as the advisor for the PAC Deputy Director and senior leadership team for ALL PAC contracted manpower. Works closely with the Manpower service provider(s) in support of the best interests of the PAC. Serve as the key staff action officer for all manpower related projects.
1. Management of the project (planning, developing, procurement, budget estimation, conducting, evaluating, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project).
2. Liaison between the contracted manpower personnel and the appropriate manpower service providers.
3. Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures, frequency of interaction, and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete it.
