Caterpillar is seeking an 1st Shift **Assembly Production Manager** in Victoria, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a production schedule, technicians, and overall performance of designated value stream to meet Caterpillar’s goals for People, Quality, Velocity and Cost. This position will report to the Senior Production Manager.
