• Drive target client research to constantly identify gap in Bupa's product to enhance clients' impact.
• Drive product design and innovation according to research result and business needs to help achieving company's business target, focusing on fulfilling medical protection, health services and any legacy needs of clients.
• Proactively manage the product approval process to get relevant stakeholders' buy-in of the product proposition including senior management and all distribution channel teams.<...
