POSITION SUMMARY

TheManager, Product Development & Deliveryis a player-coach leadership role that combines hands-on execution with strategic product and technology leadership. This role leads the development and delivery of the OM Innovations platform—an integrated suite (Vision, Community, and Resilience) that powers end-to-end supply chain solutions—by directly managing engineering and product teams whileremainingactively engaged in critical technical and architectural work.

This role is empowered with technical direction, team structure, and programpriorities,the role balances detailed execution oversight with a broader strategic perspective. Serving as the bridge between day-to-day delivery and long-term strategy, it enables faster, more informed decisions across architecture, resourcing, and product trade-offs.
