Strategic Common category such as catering, logistic services, stationery and other supplies.
Engage internal stakeholders to understand and refine requirements according to external supply market and across different schools.
Manage relationship with suppliers according to suppliers' segregation, driving improvement actions and installing a cadence/dashboard/metrics to track suppliers' performance. Organise supplier business review.
Document and ensure compliance to Policies/Procedures/Processes in close collaboration with Internal Audit and stakeholders.
Lead change management and process improvement to reduce non-value-added activities by engaging stakeholders, challenging status quo and providing thought leadership.
