Position Overview
Responsibilities Scope Office Administration. Policies Administration. System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement. KPI BSC measurement, tracking, Dashboard maintenance and data analysis. Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and Optimization. Work with Internal Audit and External Auditors on Purchasing data. Any other special improvement projects. Optimization Category Strategy Management for selected category areas. Stakeholder Relationship Management. Contract Management. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications A Tertiary. At least 5 years working experience in procurement. Ability to support the department in day to day operations. Practical Tech Knowledge Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills. Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
