Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office and policies administration.
- System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement.
- KPI BSC measurement, tracking, Dashboard maintenance and data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and Optimization.
- Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management.
- Contract Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement
- Practical Tech Knowledge
- Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills.
- Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
- Experienced with various types of software for communication and presentation.
- Analytical, able to look at trends and draw conclusions.
