Job Summary
Objectives and duties:
1. Provide assistance to the process owners to identify improvement opportunities
Contextualizes and conceptualizes the objectives and needs into the framework established by the following three principles: Our Mission Statement Mission Leader role definition. STRIDES values 2. Manage operational information of the business areas
Works with the business teams, leveraging technology when necessary. Assists the process owners to find the best way to improve current processes and solve process-related problems by means of holding meetings, collecting data, Analyzes process owners and their teams’ information to document, study, and improve their processes.
