The position oversees Upstream projects, monitors program dashboards, and supports our program management via a learning management platform. The manager also supports stakeholder engagement, provides guidance on policies, and ensures compliance while fostering accountability and operational excellence across the organization. This role is critical in advancing business goals through strategic process development and execution.
